Here I can give some suggestions,...

  Avoid premium hotel, you can get a budget hotels starting from 40 USD to 55 USD this will help you to save money

  Always use public transportation like metro and bus, before departure make a clear plan where you want go and what you want see

  Avoid Shopping malls purchase buy from local market shops ( check price in two three shops)

  Food , 1000s of well and neat Street food restauransts available in Dubai, try it. With a 30 USD is enough for one day food ( example, half bbq chicken with one Medium juice it will cost around 9 USD)

Big Bus Tour, Dubai city tour

  Some activities you can go a with a group this will save money, for example Yacht, Cruise etc..
